TV BRICS Launches Exciting Second Season of Laboratorium Series on Russia’s Tech Innovations
TV BRICS International Media Network is gearing up to thrill viewers with the second season of its hit series, Laboratorium. This popular show dives into Russia’s cutting-edge technological innovations and groundbreaking scientific breakthroughs, making complex ideas easy to grasp.
The new season kicks off on September 17, 2025, right on TV BRICS. Expect weekly episodes that get translated into various foreign languages and shared with the network’s global media partners. It’s all about spreading Russia’s tech marvels far and wide.
The first season of Laboratorium already made waves, reaching audiences in 11 countries across Eurasia, Africa, and South America. It pulled in over 35 million viewers through media broadcasts—a huge win that shows just how much people love learning about science and technology.
TV BRICS focuses on boosting topics like technological sovereignty, science, and education in the global spotlight. These areas play a big role in improving everyday life and driving national growth. "The massive interest from BRICS+ countries in the first season is why we’re bringing back Laboratorium," says Ivan Zakharenko, Head of Thematic Broadcasting and Special Media Projects at TV BRICS. "This time, we’re zeroing in on real-world tests of unique technologies, proving their real effectiveness through experiments."
Get ready for 13 action-packed episodes, each clocking in at 13 minutes. The series spotlights innovations in space technology, agriculture, housing, ecology, and healthcare. Adding fun to the mix is Lyuba, the AI-generated host who breaks down tricky scientific concepts in a simple, engaging way—perfect for everyone from kids to experts.
In its debut run, Laboratorium aired on top channels worldwide, including ANTV in Venezuela, Com Brasil in Brazil, Durban TV in South Africa, Tehran Times in Iran, and Dongbeiwang in China. It also hit Russian favorites like the National Housing Channel and Yugra TV.
