Samsung’s Big AI Push: Galaxy AI Set to Reach 400 Million Devices by Year-End

Samsung is making waves in the world of AI with its Galaxy devices. The company just announced plans to bring the innovative Galaxy AI experience to over 400 million devices worldwide by the end of this year. This exciting expansion builds on the success of their first AI-powered phone, the Galaxy S24 series, which launched earlier in 2024 and kicked off a new era of smart tech.

Since then, Samsung has rolled out AI features across its entire lineup, from smartphones and wearables to tablets and even PCs. The demand for these Galaxy AI tools is skyrocketing—more than 70% of Galaxy S25 users are actively tapping into them. The latest Galaxy Z series takes it further with One UI 8, packing in Samsung’s most advanced AI enhancements yet.

Over the past two years, Galaxy AI has won over millions of users with handy, creative features delivered through One UI updates. Popular picks include Photo Assist, which lets you easily edit photos right in the Gallery app using AI magic, and Audio Eraser, a tool that wipes out annoying background noise from your videos. In fact, Photo Assist usage has nearly doubled among Galaxy S25 owners compared to the S24 series.

Samsung teamed up with Google to add even more fun features like Gemini Live for natural conversations and Circle to Search, which helps you quickly find info by circling items on your screen. Over half of Galaxy S25 users rely on Circle to Search every single day—talk about a game-changer for everyday searches!

In other big news from Samsung, the tech giant’s parent company, Samsung Group, revealed plans to hire 60,000 fresh faces over the next five years. This move aims to fuel growth in key areas like semiconductors, biotechnology, and artificial intelligence, while opening doors for young talent.

Nineteen Samsung affiliates, including heavyweights like Samsung Electronics, Samsung C&T, and Samsung Biologics, are already ramping up recruitment. The group has run open hiring programs for entry-level roles since 1957, and they plan to keep it going strong. Plus, Samsung will offer internship opportunities to help young job seekers gain real-world experience before full-time offers.

With these steps, Samsung is not just innovating in AI but also building a brighter future for the next generation of workers. Stay tuned for more updates on Samsung’s Galaxy AI features and hiring drive!
