Actor Teja Sajja reveals exciting details about his upcoming film, Mirai. Unlike typical action movies, Mirai promises fast-paced, high-energy stunts that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Teja confirmed that he performed all his own stunts without help from body doubles, showcasing his dedication and physical ability.
During a media event in Chennai, Teja talked about the fight scenes that have already created buzz among fans. He explained, “We wanted to do quick, intense action scenes. This isn’t the usual slow-motion style you see in many films. Our action sequences are fast and thrilling.”
To prepare for his role as a superhero, Teja traveled to Thailand for 20 days of special training with stunt Masters Ketcha and Nang from Thailand. He even added that the entire action choreography was live—no green screens or CGI body doubles were used when filming the stunts. Teja shared, “We traveled to different places like the Himalayas, Sri Lanka, and Nepal to shoot the action scenes. Everything you see on screen is real, including the train action sequences.”
Mirai, produced by People Media Factory and directed by Karthik Gattamaneni, is shaping up to be a game-changer in the superhero genre. The film features popular actor Manoj Manchu as the villain, along with Shriya Saran, Jayaram, and Jagapathi Babu in important roles.
Karthik Gattamaneni, who is both the director and cinematographer for Mirai, also crafted the story. The screenplay was written by Karthik and Manibabu Karanam, who also worked on the dialogues. The film boasts rich visual effects, with Sri Nagendra Tangala leading the art department, promising a stunning cinematic experience.
Mirai is set for worldwide release on September 12, in eight languages, available in both 2D and 3D formats.
