JLo, Ben Affleck put Beverly Hills mansion back on sale after slashing the price

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck just slashed the price on their stunning Beverly Hills mansion as they push to sell it amid their divorce. The former power couple relisted the 38,000-square-foot estate for $52 million, a big drop from earlier asks, according to People magazine. TMZ first broke the news.

They originally snapped up the sprawling property back in May 2023 for $60.85 million. Now, after pulling it off the market two months ago, Lopez, 56, and Affleck, 53, are eager to find a buyer. This latest $52 million listing comes after they priced it at $59.95 million in July—down from the $68 million they sought when they first put the Beverly Hills mansion on the market that same month.

The home screams luxury and fun, perfect for A-listers like these two. It boasts a sports lounge, a top-notch gym, even a boxing ring, plus dedicated courts for basketball and pickleball. Other perks include a massive 12-car garage, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse. With 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, it’s built for entertaining on a grand scale.

The timing ties into their rocky romance. Reports surfaced in May 2024 that Lopez and Affleck were living apart. That June, while Lopez vacationed in Europe, Affleck moved his belongings out of the mansion. They even tried selling it quietly off-market that month—a go-to move for celebrities who value privacy.

Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024, more than two years after their surprise Vegas wedding in July 2022. They followed it up with a bigger bash in Georgia the next month, surrounded by friends and family.

Back in July, when they paused the public listing, sources said the exes were still teaming up to decide the property’s future. Now, with the Beverly Hills mansion back on the radar at this reduced price, it looks like they’re ready to close this chapter.
