Just a day earlier, on September 22, Hayek shared another touching post for Valentina’s special day. She called her “my beautiful dancing queen” and gushed about how much has changed in her life since turning 18, yet Valentina stays true to herself. “A kind passionate heart, a wise soul full of magic, a unique unstoppable force of nature with a witty sense of humor and stubborn tenacity,” Hayek wrote. Valentina, born on September 21, 2007, is the only child of Hayek and her husband, French billionaire François-Henri Pinault. The couple got engaged and announced Hayek’s pregnancy that same year. They tied the knot on Valentine’s Day 2009 in Paris and renewed their vows in a romantic ceremony in Venice, Italy, just a few months later.
Hayek kicked off her acting career in Mexico, starring in the telenovela Teresa and the drama Midaq Alley.
