Mumbai – On October 8, got an exclusive look at how Ashnoor Kaur, the Rising Bigg Boss 19 contestant, is navigating the house and her friendship with fellow star Abhishek Bajaj. Speaking with her parents, Avneet Kaur and Gurmeet Singh, the family said the bond between the two is genuine and purely platonic – no romance, just solid support.

“Ashnoor rarely makes many friends,” Gurmeet explained. “In the house, she sticks to a few close ones – Abhishek, Praneet, Avijay and Gaurav Khanna. We’re comfortable with her friendship with Abhishek. It’s real and gives her emotional back‑up.” Avneet added that the friendship does not affect Ashnoor’s game. “Having friends is essential, but she’s also focused on her own strategy. She’s playing independently and doing a good job.”

The parents also offered advice for Ashnoor as she shines in Bigg Boss and looks ahead. Avneet told reporters, “Ashnoor has always been focused, whether in school or in film. I’d advise her to stay calm and not react to everything. Save energy for what matters. When it’s time to step forward, she should speak up, keep her dignity, but not stay silent if something crosses a line.” Gurmeet added, “Being selective with words is wise, but if she’s too careful she could fall behind. Encourage her to speak freely while staying respectful.”

Ashnoor’s supporters applaud her for showing real friendship in the BB house. Despite rumours from housemates that the pair might be a couple, both Ashnoor and Abhishek insist they are simply best friends, backing each other through highs and lows.
