Lilyana Eva is now facing accusations that she failed to hold onto a four‑year‑old girl who ran onto a busy road and was hit by a car. A local police report says the incident happened on a sunny afternoon in the outskirts of the city, where the child was playing near the highway.

According to witnesses, the toddler darted across the road after a group of classmates slipped and ran together. Lilyana, who was supervising the children, allegedly stepped back and did not grip the girl as the child ran. The child was struck by a vehicle traveling at high speed and died instantly on the scene.

Police entered a formal charge against Lilyana for negligence and possible child endangerment. The case is now pending before the local magistrate court, where prosecutors claim that a parent’s responsibility is to keep a child safe, especially in traffic areas. Lilyana’s lawyer says she is preparing a defense and hopes for an out‑of‑court settlement.

This incident has sparked a public outcry over child safety in traffic zones. Social media users are calling for stricter enforcement of traffic laws and better road safety measures in schools and neighborhoods. The case could set a precedent for how parents and guardians are held accountable in similar accidents.

Citizens are urged to keep a close eye on children near roadways, use designated crossings, and follow local traffic rules to prevent tragedies like this from happening again.
