The buzz around Mumbai’s next big film, Dhurandhar, is heating up after the makers launched its title track this Thursday. The song, which stars Bollywood star Ranveer Singh in high‑octane action, gives fans a vibrant taste of what’s to come.
Ranveer, now on Instagram, posted a clip of the fast‑paced track with the line, “An Inferno will rise – uncover the true story of The Unknown Men #Dhurandhar, coming 5 December 2025.” The song’s production blends modern hip‑hop beats with Punjabi flavor and a rock‑steady rhythm that feels like a soundtrack for a blockbuster thriller.
Composers Shashwat Sachdev and Charanjit Ahuja crafted the music, while voices from the star‑studded list—Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas, Sudhir Yaduvanshi, Muhammad Sadiq and Ranjit Kaur—add depth to the chorus. Lyrics were written by Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas and Babu Singh Maan, who reimagined the folk classic “Na De Dil Pardesi Nu” for the film’s high‑speed vibe.
Sachdev explained that the track was built around the film’s core story. “From the first moment the music was in the script, we shaped its energy—this became the heartbeat of Dhurandhar,” he said. An impromptu rap session in the studio brought a fresh, instinctive flavor that ties the old and the new together.
Dhurandhar is directed, written, and produced by Aditya Dhar. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan and Arjun Rampal. Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar are backing the project.
The official trailer drops on 12 November, and the movie is slated for theatrical release on 5 December 2025. Keep an eye out for more updates on this action‑driven Indian thriller.
