Farah Khan Ali, the designer daughter of the late Zarine, took to her own account to criticize paparazzi aggression. She wrote: “My mother passed away 6 days ago and some only wondered why she chose cremation instead of giving condolences. Dharm‑Uncle is in hospital and a video of his personal family goes viral.” She pleaded that public figures also have families who deserve privacy, “Dont we all feel the same? After rumours that Dharmendra might have died, his daughter, actress Esha Deol, issued a statement clarifying his condition. “The media is spreading false news. My father is stable & recovering. Please give us privacy. Thank you for the prayers for his speedy recovery,” she wrote on Instagram.
Dharmendra’s elder son, actor Sunny Deol, reinforced his statement: “My father is stable and under observation. Further updates will be shared as available. Please respect our privacy.” In a separate interview, Sunny requested the press to be polite and considerate during this difficult time.
