Delhi‑NCR, India – October 6 –
Bhumika Realty, a veteran name in the Indian property market with a six‑decade track record, kicked off another big chapter by performing a Bhoomi Pujan ceremony on a new plot in Sector 114, Faridabad. The event drew the company’s chief executives, employees and channel partners, underscoring Bhumika’s fresh focus on Faridabad’s real‑estate scene.
The group plans to pour more than ₹2,200 crore into Faridabad’s development. It already operates a retail hub at the NHPC Metro Station under a public‑private partnership. That showroom now houses top national brands, and Bhumika is looking to add similar metro‑linked retail centers.
A premium mixed‑use project is in the works under a joint‑development agreement. It will combine high‑street retail, luxury residences and hotel suites. In addition, the company is scouting spots for a large integrated township that could span multiple Faridabad sectors.
“Performing the Bhoomi Poojan on this new parcel is a sign of our long‑term commitment to Faridabad,” said Uddhav Poddar, CMD of the Bhumika Group. “The city is turning into a modern hub of infrastructure and lifestyle, and we’re excited to help shape that future. Every project we launch aims to add value for communities and set new standards in real‑estate excellence.”
CEO Siddharth Katyal added, “Bhumika’s mission has always been to create spaces that touch lives. This Land parcel in Faridabad aligns perfectly with that philosophy. As we grow in this promising market, we pledge to deliver projects built on quality, trust and innovation that meet the ambitions of today’s homebuyers and investors.”
The ceremony highlighted Bhumika Realty’s blend of tradition and forward‑thinking development. It marks another milestone in the company’s 60‑plus‑year journey of trust and achievement.
