Akasa Air passengers in India are dealing with some tech headaches today. The airline announced on X (formerly Twitter) that its systems are hitting intermittent glitches, knocking out key online services like booking flights, checking in, and managing reservations.

“Our systems are facing some temporary issues right now, so services including booking, check-in, and manage booking might not be available,” the airline posted. They stressed that their teams are teaming up with service providers to sort it out fast.

Akasa Air knows this is frustrating and said they’re sorry for the hassle. “We regret any inconvenience and assure you our experts are on it to get things back to normal soon.”

If you’re flying soon with Akasa Air, head to the airport extra early. The airline recommends checking in at the counters instead of online to avoid last-minute stress.

Need help? Call their 24/7 Akasa Care Centre at +91 9606 112131— their team is ready to assist.

This comes right after Akasa Air warned about potential flight delays yesterday due to heavy rains hammering Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune. The bad weather led to snarled traffic and road congestion near airports, so travelers were told to build in extra time for the journey.

“We get that this could mess with your plans, and we appreciate your patience,” the airline had shared in that update. Keep an eye on Akasa Air’s social channels for the latest on these disruptions.
