The Telangana Chief Minister, A. Revanth Reddy, toured the site of the Telangana Rising Global Summit on Sunday to check on the preparations. The two‑day event, slated for December 8‑9, will be held at Bharat Future City in Hyderabad. He urged officials to bring the arrangements up to an international standard so that visitors—ambassadors, global business leaders and other dignitaries—reach the venue without any trouble. Reddy stressed tight security, saying no outsider could enter without a proper pass and that the police must provide ample parking and appropriate facilities for their personnel. He also asked that the media staff be well accommodated.

During a meeting with staff from the Chief Minister’s Office on Saturday, he directed that the summit be staged impressively, showcasing the two‑year accomplishments of the “People’s Government.” A large stage should be erected in the open space of Future City to highlight the state’s progress. The summit is meant to look like a world‑class festival to attract investors and visitors.

On the opening day the administration will highlight welfare schemes and development programmes launched by the “People’s Government.” The second day will feature the release of the Telangana Rising 2047 vision document, detailing the state’s future goals. Round‑table sessions will spotlight Telangana’s industrial policy and investment priorities. Reddy has requested that all departments prepare audio‑visual and PowerPoint presentations designed to win over global investors, and to invite prominent Indian and international figures, including leading industrialists, to the summit.

He made it clear that every department must collaborate to ensure the event’s success and to drive Telangana toward a $3 trillion economy by 2047. Consequently, officials will be tasked with setting new targets and rigorously studying the issues laid out in the vision. Starting on November 25, regular reviews will run with the relevant ministries to refine the document, incorporating expert feedback. The final version will be produced after these recommendations are integrated. An additional review will focus on the progress made over the past two years and each department’s role in Telangana Rising 2047.

A draft of the Telangana Rising 2047 document has already been prepared after consulting specialists from a wide range of fields, and it will be finalized once the feedback from the departmental reviews is implemented.
