New Delhi, Oct 21 – LTIMindTree has confirmed that its long‑time president and whole‑time director, Nachiket Deshpande, is stepping down. The IT firm filed the resignation on Tuesday, saying Deshpande will leave his post on 31 October, 2024, to pursue other opportunities.
Deshpande joined the LTIMindTree board in 2019 and has helped steer the company’s growth for five years. “Nachiket has been a key player on our board and has driven major strategic moves,” said Chairman S.N. Subrahmanyan. “Thank you for your strong leadership and dedication. Your work has set the stage for the next phase of LTIMindTree’s success.”
In his own words, Deshpande reflected on a rewarding career: “These past years have been a great journey. I’ve grown, learned, and contributed meaningfully to LTIMindTree. Working closely with Chairman SNS, my board peers, and colleagues has been a privilege.”
The company also shared financial highlights for the second quarter of fiscal year 26 (Q2 FY26). LTIMindTree posted a net profit of ₹1,381.2 cr, up 10 % from the same period last year when profit was ₹1,251.6 cr. Quarter‑over‑quarter profit rose 10 % from ₹1,254.6 cr. Operating revenue reached ₹10,694.7 cr, a 5 % increase from the previous quarter’s ₹10,232.7 cr, and up more than 9 % from ₹9,731.8 cr a year earlier.
Looking ahead, the IT service provider set October 24 as the record date for an interim dividend of ₹22 per share. Investors can expect the payout in the coming weeks.
