The company rolled out FirstGen v7 and the NextGen Integration Platform (NIP v3) with help from FirstApex Insurance Systems. This upgrade promises faster insurance services and better experiences for customers across India.
Teams from RSGI and FirstApex worked hand-in-hand to get this done in just 11 months—from start to live launch. Now, the platforms offer easy low-code/no-code tweaks for underwriting and claims processing. They also bring automated setups, secure connections, and flexible scaling on a private cloud. All this means quicker policy launches, smoother operations, and happier customers as RSGI gears up for growth.
