Tata Housing Varnam Phase I in North Bengaluru has hit a major sales milestone, crossing ₹1,000 crore in sales since its launch on Aug 15, 2025. The achievement shows that buyers still trust the Tata Housing brand for premium homes.

Key highlights

  • Sales success: 377 units sold and 1,090 walk‑ins recorded in just over a month.
  • Project size: The 20‑acre Phase I includes 582 apartments, 48 townhouses and row houses.
  • Location: Only 6.8 km from Kempegowda International Airport and close to future metro and suburban rail lines, boosting Devanahalli’s status as a growth hub.
  • Design inspiration: Homes are themed around Carnatic music, blending cultural heritage with modern living.

Sanjay Dutt, MD & CEO of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd., said the project reflects a new vision for Bengaluru’s premium housing market. “Creating integrated townships that balance lifestyle, sustainability, and long‑term value is our strategy,” he explained. “Reaching ₹1,000 crore at launch highlights the trust customers place in our quality and delivery.”

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Sarthak Seth added that the real win is how thoughtful design transforms communities. The team used a mix of digital tools, partner networks, and a strong omni‑channel approach to reach buyers. Over 60 sales were closed through more than 100 channel partners, and a 360‑degree marketing push included outdoor ads at 15+ locations.

Varnam Phase I builds on Tata Housing’s earlier phases—Swaram and Raagam—which together earned ₹850 crore in just 72 hours. With more than 34 active projects across India and the Maldives, Tata Housing continues to set benchmarks for quality, sustainability and customer experience in the residential sector.
