Who is Gauranga Das? He’s not just any spiritual figure—he’s a key leader in the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), serving as a governing body commissioner. Gauranga Das also directs the ISKCON Govardhan Ecovillage, which has earned recognition from the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and other UN bodies as an ecovillage community. On top of that, he acts as a UNEP Faith for Earth Counsellor, oversees the Bhaktivedanta Research Centre (BRC) as administrative director, and sits on the founding board of Rishihood University. His work blends spirituality, environment, and education, making him a global inspiration.

That first film featured Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Aashish Chaudhary, Javed Jaffrey, Asrani, Sanjay Mishra, Murli Sharma, Vijay Raaz, Manoj Pahwa, Tiku Talsania, and Prem Chopra. It kicked off the hilarious Dhamaal franchise, followed by Double Dhamaal in 2011 and Total Dhamaal, which drew loose inspiration from the 2015 film Vacation and scenes from 2014’s Blended.
