Mumbai, Oct 20 – Bollywood actor Akshay Oberoi is gearing up for a quiet Diwali away from the city’s pulse. He told that he and his wife Jyothi will take the holiday together with their son, Avyaan, at their home before heading out to a nearby farmhouse in Karjat the next day.

The family will enjoy a few days in nature, stopping the usual hustle and bustle of daily life. “We’ll have a relaxed Diwali in our home and then head to the farm for a few days,” Oberoi said. “It’s a good chance to be together, be grateful for what we have, and reflect on life.”

Oberoi also shared his plans for getting back into routine after the celebrations. He said he prefers a balanced approach rather than extreme dieting or over‑exercising. “I don’t hit pause on work or fitness, I just allow myself a bit of indulgence now and then,” he added. “A little flexibility refreshes the body and keeps things sustainable.”
