Since the morning, fans have been flooding social media with photos, videos, and heart‑felt posts that remember classic films like Deewaar, Sholay, Kabhi Kabhie, and Agneepath. Celebrities from Bollywood and regional cinema—Farhan Akhtar, Kriti Sanon, Prabhas, Kajol, Shatrughan Sinha, and director Srijit Mukherji—also posted congratulatory messages.

Even his granddaughter, Navya Nanda, shared an adorable picture with the caption “my Nana.”

For 26 years, Bachchan has been a staple in Indian cinema, starring in dozens of blockbusters. His filmography spans Hindi hits and regional achievements, such as the Gujarati comedy Fakt Purusho Mate, the Telugu science‑fiction epic Kalki 2898 AD, and Tamil action drama Vettaiyan with Rajinikanth.

The superstar has earned numerous awards, including National Film Awards and 16 Filmfare Awards, and his birthday gathering in Mumbai proved once again why he remains a beloved icon for fans worldwide.
