Mumbai, Oct 26 – Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha marks the 14th anniversary of his 2011 superhero hit Ra.One. The director shared behind‑the‑scenes photos from the shoot with fan‑favorite Shah Rukh Khan, giving viewers a glimpse of the on‑set camaraderie.

Sinha posted the images on social media, captioning them in Hindi: “Some days of this film are so incredible that looking at the photo makes me feel what happened to me.” He added a few candid moments of Khan in his dual role, as well as sparks of interaction with the rest of the cast.

Ra.One cast includes Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor, Armaan Verma, Shahana Goswami, Tom Wu, Dalip Tahil and Satish Shah in supporting parts. The film was produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment. It follows a video‑game villain who escapes into reality to hunt down the young boy who almost defeated him. The boy must then summon the game’s hero to protect himself and his mother.

Earlier this month, Sinha announced a film‑tour to explore why the Hindi film market sees such a gap between supply and audience demand. In a video posted online, he said he wants to meet movie lovers and understand what drives the “demand and supply” discrepancy in Bollywood.

He added that recent releases shape new theories about what audience wants—action, love stories, or specific themes—creating a communication gap between creators and viewers. Sinha hopes his tour will bridge that gap.

This article brings you the latest on Anubhav Sinha’s 14‑year celebration of Ra.One and his thoughts on Bollywood’s evolving movie landscape.
