Mumbai, Sep 9: Bollywood’s beloved veteran actor Anupam Kher just shared the sweetest surprise on social media – introducing his grandnephew Nirvair to the world! In a fun Instagram post, the Special 26 star posted a heartwarming video of himself chatting with the tiny tot, who’s already full of playful complaints.
Watch as Anupam Kher engages in a hilarious “conversation” with baby Nirvair, who’s lying on the bed making the cutest baby noises. The little one seems to grumble about getting too many cuddles from family, and even tries to sing but can’t quite get the words right. It’s pure joy!
In his caption, Anupam Kher wrote: “INTRODUCING NIRVAIR: He is my wonderful niece #Vrinda and #Nipun’s son. My brother Raju and Reema’s grandson. Dulari’s great grand son! I am his #BadeNanu! Though I will make sure that he calls me #AK when he grows up a little and doesn’t talk in gibberish! #Nirvair and I had a long conversation about a lot of topics! Mostly they were complaints. About his mother and other family members! He also complained about constantly being cuddled! He wanted to sing but wasn’t getting the words or the language right! Finally he got tired! Nirvair is the son of Anupam Kher’s niece Vrinda and her husband Nipun. This isn’t the first time the baby boy stole the show – earlier this year, he joined Anupam Kher on the red carpet for the premiere of his film Tanvi The Great in July 2025. Dressed in a super cute baby blue and white outfit, Nirvair looked around curiously while Anupam carried him in his arms, posing for the paparazzi with his niece.
