Mumbai, Dec 13 (LatestNewsX) – Fans of the hit comedy “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai” have reason to smile again. The production house has announced a brand‑new sequel, “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai 2.0”, set to broaden the show’s already vibrant universe.
The new installment promises fresh laughs, unexpected twists and even a playful supernatural angle that will keep viewers on their toes.
In a teaser posted on social media, the creators revealed:

Set against the mysterious backdrop of Ghunghatganj – a town where tradition and intrigue collide – the storyline follows beloved characters such as Tiwari, Angoori, Anita and Vibhuti as they navigate this quirky locale, sparking a cascade of comic mishaps and hilarious moments with the locals.
The plot is further enlivened by the arrival of Vidya, a cryptic new figure whose presence adds an extra layer of suspense and surprise to the narrative.
Produced by EDIT II Productions, “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai 2.0” blends light‑hearted humor with elements of drama, suspense and supernatural fun, promising a entertaining mix that fans have come to love.
The series is slated to premiere soon on &TV and will also be available on Hindi Zee5.
“Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai” itself drew inspiration from the 1990s sitcom “Shrimaan Shrimati” and first aired on 2 March 2015 on &TV; it remains accessible digitally on Zee5.
Adding to the excitement, the franchise is expanding into cinema with a film titled “Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai – Fun On The Run”, scheduled for release in theatres on 6 February 2026.
