On his professional front, Bachchan is lending his voice to the opening scenes of Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film “120 Bahadur.” The movie, set to hit theatres on November 21, 2025, dramatizes the fierce 1962 India‑Sino war, particularly the Battle of Rezang La where 13 Kumaon Regiment soldiers fought Japanese forces. Farhan, who plays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, asked Bachchan to narrate the film’s opening sequence during a “Kaun Banega Crorepati” episode featuring the legendary screenwriter Javed Akhtar. Bachchan happily agreed, adding star power to a historical drama shot in the stunning Ladakh landscapes.
