Indian star Prabhas has revealed the title of his next big project: Fauzi. The announcement came on his 46th birthday, giving fans a double‑delight moment.

The film, produced by Mythri Movie Makers, is written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. It will take the audience back to the 1940s, telling a fictional but gripping story about a brave soldier and the hidden chapters of Indian history.

Prabhas shared the title poster on his social media. The image shows the actor in a fierce pose, with a flaming Union Jack flag in the background—a striking visual that already sparked buzz online.

The cast is already shaping up fast. In addition to Prabhas, the leading lady will be Imanvi. Supporting roles include veteran actors Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Bhanu Chandra and Jayapradha. Their involvement has added to expectations among film fans and industry observers alike.

Mythri Movie Makers posted the news with the simple message: “#PrabhasHanu is #FAUZI. The bravest tale of a soldier from the hidden chapters of our history. Happy Birthday, Rebel Star #Prabhas.” The statement was shared across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, letting followers know how the production team ties the film to the actor’s career and his birthday celebration.

The filmmakers have been tight‑lipped about the project since early 2024. In August, they warned the public that any leaked images from the set would be taken down and could be treated as a cyber crime. That move shows how much the team is protecting the film’s secrecy.

Work on Fauzi is progressing quickly. The production house recently posted behind‑the‑scenes footage showing large sets and a large crew, hinting at the scale of the production. The director has a strong creative team behind him: Vishal Chandrasekhar is composing the music—he also scored the hit “Sita Ramam” for Dulquer Salmaan. Sudeep Chatterjee will handle the cinematography, while Krishna Kanth writes the lyrics. Costume designer Sheetal Sharma is preparing period‑accurate outfits that reflect 1940s India.

Given Prabhas’s huge fan base and the director’s reputation for detailed storytelling, Fauzi is expected to generate significant attention across Indian and international markets. Media outlets have noted the film’s potential to draw viewers who enjoy epic historical dramas with strong action sequences.

As the production moves forward, fans can keep up with the latest updates by following Mythri Movie Makers and Prabhas’s official social media accounts. The film’s release date remains to be announced, but anticipation is already at an all‑time high.
