Los Angeles, Dec. 27 (IANS) – Reality‑TV personality Helen Flanagan opened up about the emotional toll of this holiday season as she navigates life without her three children while dealing with a public feud with their father, former footballer Scott Sinclair.
The 35‑year‑old, best known for her time on “Coronation Street,” took to Instagram to explain why she’s been quieter on social media. In a post, she confessed to feeling “up and down mood wise the past few days,” adding that she had stepped back from posting because “we could have a catch up.”
Alongside the commentary, the former star shared a photo of herself in a pink halterneck top, perched on a chair and looking upward. She noted that she’s currently on the road in Liverpool performing as the Wicked Queen in the city’s Snow‑White pantomime.
Flanagan also reminisced about last year’s Christmas, posting a nostalgic snapshot of her children—Matilda (10), Delilah (7), and Charlie (4)—at her mother’s house. She revealed that she had been uneasy about her kids leaving for the holidays “a few days before they went,” and that she wouldn’t see them again until she wrapped up the pantomime.
Her relationship with Scott Sinclair, which ended in 2022 after 13 years together, has been strained. Earlier in the week, Flanagan took to Instagram to express her frustration, calling him “a piece of s**t” for choosing to spend time in Abu Dhabi rather than attending her son’s nativity play—a comment that sparked further public discussion.
The episode underscores the challenges the couple, parents of three, have faced since their split, with Flanagan’s candid updates providing a glimpse into her personal struggles amid the holiday bustle.
