Singer Rishabh Tandon, the 32‑year‑old Mumbai star known for hits like “Yeh Ashiqui” and “Phir Se Wahi Zindagi,” died of a heart attack in New Delhi on October 22. He was in the capital to celebrate Diwali with his family when the sudden health crisis happened.
Tandon lived in the Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, Mumbai. He is survived by his wife, Russian actress Olesya Nedobegova, and the couple had three dogs that they loved very much. The family is in shock and has asked for privacy as they await relatives to perform the last rites.
On social media, the singer had 449 k followers on Instagram. In his bio he wrote, “believer, possessed by the energy of Shiva….” His last public post, dated October 11, showed a Karwa Chauth celebration with Olesya. The couple also posted a birthday reel on October 10, wishing each other “Happy Birthday, my love, my king, my life.”
Tandon had been working on a new album before his passing. He returned to composing in 2020 after a decade-long break following his first album’s release. His music portfolio includes “Rashna: The Ray of Light” and “Ishq Fakeerana.” In film, he appeared in the Action‑Drama “Faqeer – Living Limitless.”
