This latest $52 million listing comes after they priced it at $59.95 million in July—down from the $68 million they sought when they first put the Beverly Hills mansion on the market that same month.
The home screams luxury and fun, perfect for A-listers like these two. It boasts a sports lounge, a top-notch gym, even a boxing ring, plus dedicated courts for basketball and pickleball. Other perks include a massive 12-car garage, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse. The timing ties into their rocky romance. Reports surfaced in May 2024 that Lopez and Affleck were living apart. That June, while Lopez vacationed in Europe, Affleck moved his belongings out of the mansion. They even tried selling it quietly off-market that month—a go-to move for celebrities who value privacy.
Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024, more than two years after their surprise Vegas wedding in July 2022. They followed it up with a bigger bash in Georgia the next month, surrounded by friends and family.
