John Abraham is marking a big milestone for his 2011 Bollywood action thriller “Force” as it turns 14 years old. The actor shared a throwback Instagram post that has fans buzzing about what might come next in the franchise.
On his official Instagram, John posted a striking poster from the film directed by Nishikant Kamat. In the image, he goes shirtless to show off his sculpted six-pack abs, dressed in denim jeans, sunglasses, and body tattoos, with a gun tucked into his waistband. It’s a classic tough-guy look that reminds everyone why “Force” became such a hit.
But it’s John’s caption that really got people talking: “14 years of Force ❤️… what next …” Fans flooded the comments with excitement, many begging for “Force 3.” One wrote, “Bring Force 3 @thejohnabraham,” while another said, “Force 3 Announcement with Dashing Poster Handsome Hunk @thejohnabraham.” Others chimed in, “We are still waiting for 3rd Part!! Come on Man..! You can do this!”
Will John Abraham surprise us with a “Force 3” announcement soon, or does he have another project up his sleeve? Bollywood movie buffs are eagerly waiting to find out.
“Force” is a remake of the 2003 Tamil hit “Kaakha Kaakha,” scripted by Ritesh Shah and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under Sunshine Pictures. John stars as the lead, joined by Vidyut Jammwal, Genelia D’Souza, Raj Babbar, Mukesh Rishi, Mohnish Bahl, and Kamlesh Sawant.
Harris Jayaraj handled most of the songs, with Lalit Pandit composing one track as a guest. Sameer Phaterpekar created the film’s background score. Ayananka Bose shot the movie, and Aarif Sheikh edited it.
The film hit theaters on September 30, 2011, and five years later, in 2016, the team released the sequel “Force 2,” kicking off the popular “Force” series in Bollywood action movies.
