Her quirky skills and fresh energy hooked him right away, making her the perfect fit to direct Tu Meri Poori Kahani.
Anu Malik, the king of Bollywood soundtracks from the 80s and 90s, has a long history with Bhatt. They’ve created magic in films like Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayi, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, and the National Award-winning Zakham. Malik recalled how it all started. Vikram Bhatt suggested him to Mahesh, saying, "Why don’t you make films in your style?" Bhatt was looking for the right music vibe, and when he called Anu over, it clicked instantly. "He hugged me and shared the story. He’s a blessed soul," Malik said with a smile.
Newcomer Suhrita Das couldn’t stop gushing about working with these icons. "We explored creativity without any hesitation in music and writing," she shared. The film’s album features touching lyrics by Shweta Bothra and soulful vocals by Papon, diving deep into themes of love and longing that will tug at your heartstrings.
