As Navratri 2025 approaches, the buzz around festive tracks is building fast, and one song is already turning heads: “Julmi Sawariya.” This Garba-inspired hit features actor Divyenndu, who’s famous for his intense role in the popular series Mirzapur, bringing a fresh vibe to the celebrations.
Divyenndu, who hails from Gujarat, shared his excitement in a chat with . “This song was a total surprise for me,” he said. “The moment I heard it, I knew I had to be part of it.” He praised composer Amit Trivedi for the stunning music and Bhoomi Trivedi’s soulful vocals. “It’s all about those Garba vibes that make it so lively and fun. I’ve never done something like this before, and I could tell it’d be a blast. Mumbai loves its Garba nights, but in Gujarat, the energy is next level—pure grandeur!”
Talking about the visuals, Divyenndu added, “The song is picturized like a full-on film track. I had a great time shooting it, and what I love most is trying new things.” He believes the track has wide appeal, capturing the playful romance and mischief of Garba dances between guys and girls. “It’s something everyone can connect with,” he noted.
Joining Divyenndu on screen is rising Bollywood star Charmee Zaveri, who stole the show with her viral song “Mashooqa.” Their on-screen chemistry sparks joy, backed by 100 energetic dancers. The song comes from Vibha Films and producer Hitendra Kapopara, with co-production by Piyush Jain. It’s out under the Saregama label, directed and choreographed by Vijay Ganguly, and penned by lyricist Kumaar.
