Raghav Juyal opens up about why he was on phone when touching SRK’s feet at the ‘Ba***ds of Bollywood’ trailer launch

Mumbai, September 18: Get ready for the big reveal—Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, is making his directorial debut with the exciting series *Ba**ds of Bollywood. It drops today on Netflix, and it’s already buzzing as one of the hottest OTT releases, full of drama, star power, and fun cameos.

Actor Raghav Juyal, who shares the screen with Lakshya in the show, spilled some behind-the-scenes tea from the trailer launch. Remember that viral moment when he touched Shah Rukh Khan’s feet on stage while chatting on his phone? Turns out, Aryan Khan himself directed the quirky bit! "Sir, actually, they told me to do it on stage, but I tried to play it cool," Raghav shared with a laugh. "Aryan said to ignore Sir a little—it was all his idea!"

Raghav couldn’t stop gushing about SRK, calling him a massive inspiration. "Working with him is always amazing. For years, he’s motivated me as an actor, artist, and even as a person. If you dream big, those dreams really do come true," he added.

Anya Singh, who plays Sanya—the sharp manager to superstar Aasmaan Singh (Lakshya’s character)—loved the vibe on set. "The cast was super supportive; I never felt like an outsider. That’s what made slipping into my role so effortless," she said.

The series stars Lakshya as the ambitious Aasmaan Singh and Saher Bambaa as Karishma Talwar, with exciting cameos from heavyweights like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Ranveer Singh. And here’s a cool twist: Aryan Khan steps up as a singer for the first time, collaborating with Diljit Dosanjh on the catchy track Tenu Ki Pata.
