Mumbai, Oct 22 – Actor Rajat Bedi, who made a strong comeback with Aryan Khan’s film *The Ba**ds of Bollywood, talked to about his early life in the film world and the role his family’s legacy played in shaping his career.

Bedi – whose father Narendra Bedi directed popular movies such as Adalat and Benam and whose grandfather, Rajinder Singh Bedi, was a noted Urdu writer – grew up in an environment that constantly buzzed with Bollywood stars. “My home was a hub for the industry,” he said. “If a star wanted a bite of lunch, they’d come straight to the Bedi office. We always had movie makers, actors, and crew gathering under one roof.” He shared that the family’s films had a lasting impact on him, citing the body of work his father created.

The actor also praised his co‑star from the Netflix series, Raghav Juyal. “Raghav is one of those rare actors who owns every frame,” Bedi noted. “It was my first time working with him, and even though we only had a few scenes together, he made a big impression. He’s a gem.” The praise comes as *The Ba**ds of Bollywood continues to attract viewers on the streaming platform.
