Mumbai, September 2 – Actress Sobhita Dhulipala recently shared a fun update from her shooting set that caught everyone’s attention. She decided to try her hand at cooking right on set and posted adorable photos and videos of her kitchen experiment. In a playful nod to her husband Naga Chaitanya’s comment about her lacking “basic human skills,” Sobhita showed off her cooking efforts.
In one of her videos, she can be seen happily tasting the sambar or dal she just cooked, giving a thumbs-up. In another clip, she’s chopping okra (lady’s finger), and she even uses a traditional mortar and pestle to grind some spices. To add some humor, she shared a funny photo threatening to throw a coconut at the camera!
Sobhita captioned her post “#basichumanskills #lol #IYKYK #SetLife,” making a cheeky reference to Naga Chaitanya’s playful comment about her cooking. Naga Chaitanya responded in good humor, joking, “Waiting to get a taste of these skills.”
Many fans might remember that earlier this year, Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya talked about their cooking habits. When asked who is the better cook, Naga Chaitanya joked that neither of them really knows how to cook. However, Sobhita revealed that Naga Chaitanya makes her hot chocolate every night. He pointed out that making hot chocolate isn’t really cooking, but a “basic human skill” she doesn’t have.
For those who aren’t familiar, Naga Chaitanya was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. They tied the knot in 2017 but parted ways in 2021. Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala made their relationship official after their engagement in August 2024, and they got married that December at Annapurna Studios.
