Sheeran performs several tracks from Play, including “Shivers,” “Azizam,” “Sapphire,” “The Vow,” “Perfect,” “Old Phone,” “Camera,” and “A Little More.” The session cuts between live performances and candid interviews, letting viewers hear the stories that inspired each song.

The “Songline” series spotlights the craft of songwriting. Each artist performs in a stripped‑down setting while revealing their creative process, cultural roots, and the hidden moments behind their hits.

Amazon Music’s Tom Winkler, head of publisher and songwriter relations, said the show “offers artists a platform to showcase their songwriting, share their artistic journey, and reveal the stories behind songs that typically sit hidden in studios.” By putting songwriters front and center, fans connect more deeply with the music.

So far the series has featured hits from Billie Eilish, FINNEAS, Imagine Dragons, and Leon Bridges, among others.

Ed Sheeran’s “Songline” episode is now live on Amazon Music for streaming.
