Former Union Minister Prakash Javadekar kicked things off with a video on X, praising Modi’s forward-thinking moves as Gujarat’s Chief Minister. “Back then, Modi ji created India’s first dedicated department for climate change,” Javadekar shared. He also spotlighted the groundbreaking canal solar power project in Gujarat. “It was a game-changer! Now, even California is copying the Gujarat Model by installing solar panels on canals to tackle their water crisis.”
Javadekar explained the project’s smart benefits: it stops water from evaporating, produces clean electricity, and saves precious land—no need for extra space. “This is pure Modi vision,” he said. “His innovative ideas don’t just talk; they transform lives for the better.”
Adding to the buzz, BJP spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi recalled a memorable moment from 2013. Trivedi was abroad when his phone lit up with missed calls from Modi, who was still Gujarat’s CM at the time. “When I finally called back, he was heading to Bengaluru and wanted my take on the party’s position on an issue,” Trivedi said. “I suggested he decide as the senior leader, but Modi ji wouldn’t have it. He insisted I check with other top leaders first and then update him.”
For Trivedi, this showed Modi’s true humility and discipline. “Party always comes first for him,” he added. “It’s all about respecting team decisions and organisational values—classic Modi style.”
