In Jaipur on October 8, a car sparked a fire after it crashed into a neem tree on Diggi Road in Phagi town, Rajasthan. The single‑occupant driver escaped unharmed. Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa arrived on the scene and confirmed that no one was injured. Firefighters rushed in, but the vehicle was completely destroyed.

Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma announced the disaster management teams were on the ground, conducting rescue operations and ensuring injured parties received medical treatment. The driver and conductor of the gas‑cylinder truck were rushed to the hospital.
Traffic halted on both sides of the highway as the fire brigade worked to contain the blaze. The incident, which involved a tanker striking a truck from behind, caused minor injuries to several drivers and helpers.
