BJP spokesperson Tuhin Sinha has slammed the Congress party hard, calling it a major threat to the nation after it lost its way without power. He says the grand old party has ditched its core values and is now acting recklessly.
Sinha’s sharp words came after Bihar Congress shared an AI-generated video on social media that targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi in an offensive way. Talking to , the BJP national spokesperson didn’t hold back. “This is the height of indecency from Congress,” he said. “By mocking PM Modi and his mother in this AI video, they’ve insulted not just people but shown total disrespect for women. It proves how low the party can go.”
He also hit out at Congress for ignoring Bihar’s rich culture and traditions. “This sin won’t go unpunished,” Sinha warned. “Bihar’s people will make them pay at the polls. Congress must apologize to Bihar and the entire nation. We won’t tolerate insults to PM Modi on the sacred land of Sita Mata.”
Shifting focus to Jharkhand, Sinha called its government the most corrupt in India, riddled with scams. He pointed to the latest District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT) scam, where around Rs 500 crore vanished in Bokaro district alone. Taking a dig at the INDIA bloc allies like Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), he questioned if the stolen funds were fueling their Bihar election campaigns. “This is a big red flag for Bihar voters,” he said. “If the INDIA alliance gets power in any state, they’ll just loot it dry.” Sinha demanded that Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren come clean on which parties benefited from the scam money.
On a positive note, Sinha praised PM Modi’s recent North-East visit. He highlighted how, for the first time since Independence, the region is getting proper rail connectivity for everyday people. Blasting past Congress-led governments for ignoring the North-East for decades, he added, “Now, the central government is pushing village development and infrastructure to put the area on the fast track to progress.”
