Brutal Blade Attack on Minor Girl in Rohini Sparks Outrage
Just days earlier, on September 9, a young girl in Delhi’s Rohini Sector 30 faced a horrifying assault. Police say a group of girls attacked her with a blade, slashing her face and back in the Aman Vihar police station area. The victim, who lives in Sector-20, Rohini, is now recovering in the hospital after the violent blade attack.
The trouble started back on September 4 when the girl had a heated argument with a classmate at school. To get even, the main accused—a 14-year-old girl—and her 15-year-old sister teamed up with three friends (all 15) and a 16-year-old. They waited for the victim and pounced, slapping her before the 16-year-old used the blade to inflict serious wounds.
Cops got a distress call and reached the hospital that evening. Doctors said the girl was too hurt to give a statement, and they held off on the Medico-Legal Case (MLC) report. Once they got the full report on Thursday, September 11, police moved fast against the minor girls involved in the Rohini assault.
Interestingly, the attackers were friends of the accused classmate from the victim’s school, but they studied at a different one. This Delhi minor girl attack stemmed purely from school rivalry and revenge. Authorities have identified all the girls and kicked off legal proceedings. Delhi Police assure they’ll handle the case firmly to prevent such teen violence in the city.
