Lucknow, Dec 4 (LatestNewsX) – On the Delhi‑Lucknow National Highway in Uttar Pradesh’s Amroha, a speeding car abruptly struck a parked DCM truck late Wednesday night, killing all four MBBS students aboard. Eyewitnesses said the collision was so devastating that the vehicle was totally mangled, leaving no chance of survival.
Police arrived on the scene almost immediately after receiving the call and promptly took the bodies to the morgue for post‑mortem examination. Forensic teams and officers stayed through the night, scouring the wreckage and piecing together how the crash unfolded. The victims are confirmed to be students from Venkateshwar University, and university officials have come to the site. Their names are still being verified, and their families are being notified.
A squad from Rajabpur police station is inspecting the spot, and investigators are working to pinpoint the exact cause of the accident.
Later that evening, another tragedy struck on the same road. Around 8:45 p.m., a truck collided with a motorcycle on National Highway 9 near Gajraula in Amroha, killing two young men. The deceased, identified as Deepak and Nitin of Sona Khurd village in Lakhimpur Kheri district, were on their way back home from Gurugram, where they worked as bike riders. Police arrived, secured the bodies, and arranged for post‑mortems. Station House Officer Manoj Kumar confirmed that both people had died. He added that the authorities have prepared a Panchnama for the two bodies and that further legal proceedings are in progress.
