Haridwar, September 2 – In a exciting new step towards blending tradition with modern technology, the historic city of Haridwar has launched the revolutionary ‘Ek Ishwar’ mobile app. This app aims to make spiritual experiences more accessible for devotees everywhere, right from the comfort of their homes.

The app was unveiled at the famous Siddhpeeth Dakshin Kali Temple by Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Kailashanand Maharaj of the Niranjani Akhada. He explained that ‘Ek Ishwar’ was created to bring temple rituals like darshan (viewing of deities), aarti (prayer ceremonies), and spiritual teachings directly to people’s smartphones.

Developed by Mumbai-based innovator Samriddhi Bajaj, the app’s goal is to connect devotees worldwide with India’s rich spiritual heritage. Maharaj said, “This app is designed for those who can’t visit temples physically. Now, they can participate in pujas and rituals virtually, making spiritual practice easier and more inclusive.”

With ‘Ek Ishwar,’ users can watch live or recorded religious ceremonies, and even partake in rituals online. Maharaj emphasized, “Meditation and mental worship are just as powerful as traditional physical pujas. This app helps people stay connected spiritually, wherever they are in the world.”

One of the special features of ‘Ek Ishwar’ is home delivery of prasad (blessed food) and puja essentials. This ensures that all offerings remain pure and follow traditional customs, maintaining the sanctity of rituals in the digital age.

The developers plan to expand the app across India in phases, reaching millions of users eager to connect with Sanatan Dharma in a way that fits their modern lifestyle. Maharaj highlighted, “This is a bridge between India’s spiritual roots and today’s digital world.”

‘Ek Ishwar’ is being celebrated as a pioneering app that brings the atmosphere of a temple directly to your fingertips. As more people turn to digital platforms, this innovative step shows how ancient spirituality and modern technology can go hand-in-hand. It’s a fresh way to experience faith, making spirituality more accessible and relevant for everyone today.
