Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel shared a heartfelt song dedicated to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media platform X, just ahead of Modi’s visit to the state on Saturday.

In his post, Patel explained that the song captures the deep admiration ordinary Indians have for Modi. “It shows how much space PM Modi has won in the hearts of everyday people by always putting their worries first,” Patel wrote. He welcomed Modi to Gujarat and added, “This tune echoes the pride we all feel for our nation, as Modi keeps India’s interests at the top and flies our flag high on the global stage.”

Patel’s tribute highlights Modi’s role in boosting national pride, especially through his focus on key issues like development and self-reliance.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Gujarat for a packed day of events centered on the maritime sector. At around 10:30 AM in Bhavnagar, he joined the “Samudra se Samriddhi” program—a push for prosperity through the seas. There, Modi inaugurated and laid foundation stones for several development projects worth more than Rs 34,200 crore. These initiatives will benefit people across India, with a spotlight on shipping policies to strengthen the economy.

After the event, Modi addressed the crowd. He then took an aerial survey of the Dholera region, a key area for future growth. Later, at 1:30 PM, he chaired a review meeting and visited the National Maritime Heritage Complex in Lothal, a site rich in India’s ancient seafaring history.

In a post on X before the trip, Modi called September 20 a big day for India’s maritime ambitions and the drive toward self-reliance. “These projects and policies will transform lives and put India on the world map,” he noted. ()
