In Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, YSR Congress Party leader Margani Bharat hailed the launch of the party’s new Digital Book initiative on Wednesday. He called it a bold move to record and tackle the injustices that YSRCP workers and supporters have faced under the current coalition government.
Bharat told reporters that the wrongs over the past 16 to 17 months won’t be forgotten. “All those who committed injustices against YSR Congress Party workers and supporters will face justice when YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy returns to power—maybe in the 2029 elections,” he said.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the YSRCP president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister, kicked off the Digital Book on the party’s official platform earlier that day. The goal? To support party members who claim they’ve suffered political attacks from the current regime.
Anyone who’s dealt with injustice can now upload their stories and evidence straight to a digital library. This keeps every detail safe in a permanent online record. Plus, there’s an IVRS phone line at 040-49171718 where victims and workers can share their grievances by calling in.
Reddy made it clear these aren’t just files gathering dust. Once YSRCP is back in charge, they’ll set up a Special Investigation Team to dig into every case. “Even if the culprits have retired, left the state, or moved abroad, we’ll track them down, put them before the law, and get justice for the victims,” he promised.
Reddy also took a jab at his rivals, hitting back at talk of so-called “Red Books.” He said this Digital Book of Truth and Justice shows how real accountability works in Andhra Pradesh politics.
