Without victim statements, the Crime Branch can’t build a stronger case or push for serious charges. This leaves the sexual misconduct allegations against Rahul Mamkootathil hanging by a thread, frustrating those hoping for justice.
Meanwhile, politics is heating up in Palakkad. The local Congress unit, the Palakkad District Congress Committee (DCC), is buzzing with talks about bringing the MLA back to his constituency.
