Mumbai, Dec 9 ( LatestNewsX ) – Veteran actor Boman Irani posted a cryptic message on Instagram, saying he’s “finally hit” the “limit” and is “exhausted”. He hinted that he might “step away for a bit” to recharge.
In a series of stories, Boman reflected on how everything is starting to feel like déjà vu and that he simply needs a “breather.” He wrote: “You know those days when everything starts to feel like déjà vu? Same old plots, too much drama. Honestly, I think I’ve finally hit my limit. I am exhausted. Maybe it’s time to step away for a bit, no chaos, no drama. I’m fine, just need a breather. Just my thoughts… don’t read too much into it.”
On his birthday, December 2, the crew behind The Raja Saab marked the occasion by dropping a special poster of Boman from the upcoming horror‑comedy. In the new film he portrays a psychiatrist, hypnotist, and paranormal investigator—a character that marries sharp intellect with mystical flair. The trailer already shows him hypnotising Prabhas, setting off the film’s first big twist and kicking the story’s emotional engine.
Along with the poster, the makers sent an affectionate note that hinted at deeper layers to Boman’s character: “The one who stands between REALITY and the UNEXPLAINED… Team #TheRajaSaab wishes @boman_irani a very Happy Birthday.” Prabhas himself shared the design, adding, “Many happy returns of the day Boman Irani sir… Wishing you a fantastic year ahead.”
Directed and written by Maruthi, The Raja Saab is produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment. It also pulls in star power from Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, and Sanjay Dutt, with Boman rounding out the ensemble. The movie will roll out in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on January 9 next year.
The project is drawing big hype because it marks Prabhas’s first full‑length horror venture, a bold move into uncharted territory. With cinematography by Karthik Palani and music composed by Thaman S., audiences are keen to see how the film unfolds.
