In a big step towards boosting Gujarat’s economy, the district of Aravalli saw the signing of 10 important Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) during a recent event held under the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Modasa. On Saturday, industry leaders and government officials came together to talk about new investment opportunities that could transform the region.

The government announced a total investment of ₹460 crore through these MoUs. Of this, the Industry Department signed five MoUs aiming for investments worth ₹344.23 crore, while the Mines and Minerals Department also signed five MoUs, promising an additional ₹125 crore. These projects are expected to create around 1,300 new jobs for local residents, giving a fresh push to Aravalli’s industrial growth.

The Vibrant Gujarat Summit continues to be a key platform for the state’s development. Gujarat Minister Bhikhusinhji Parmar expressed pride in the progress, saying, “Thanks to the efforts of the Prime Minister, Vibrant Gujarat is gaining national and international recognition. These MoUs show how Gujarat is speeding up its development, bringing benefits directly to the common man and setting new records in economic growth.”

Industry Commissioner P. Swaroop highlighted how Vibrant Gujarat is now impacting regional areas as well. “Under Prime Minister’s leadership, this platform is creating new opportunities for skill development and supporting small and medium businesses,” he said. “This will further boost Gujarat’s industrial growth.”

GMDC Managing Director Roopwant Singh added that Gujarat’s industries are entering a new era of innovation, especially with advancements like artificial intelligence (AI). “Over the last 100 years, our industries have transformed many times. The success of Vibrant Gujarat at various levels proves strong leadership and vision. Today, Gujarat’s industries are gaining global recognition,” he stated.

Overall, the Vibrant Gujarat initiative is helping the state develop faster and creating new employment chances for young people. This growth story continues to build momentum, making Gujarat a hub of industrial progress and economic prosperity.
