Dems roasted after posting nonsensical video comparing Trump to struggling Kansas City Chiefs: ‘The team with Mr Taylor Swift?’

Democrats found themselves on the receiving end of relentless online roasting after a party member attempted to lampoon President Trump by comparing him to the Kansas City Chiefs. Some users even teased, “You mean the team with Mr Taylor Swift?” when they saw the comparison.
The Democrats’ official X account shared a bizarre 20‑second montage on Monday. It mashed together footage from the Chiefs’ heavy defeat over the weekend with clips of Trump in various states of sleep. “Washed,” the account simply captioned the clip.
When social media users spotted the mash‑up, they quickly turned the heat back on the party. Many highlighted that Chiefs star Travis Kelce is engaged to pop icon Taylor Swift, who publicly endorsed Kamala Harris for the 2024 presidential race.
“Making fun of Travis Kelce when his fiancé is your biggest celebrity endorsement is an… interesting strategy,” one X user pointed out.
Another replied, “So let me get this straight… Y’all are comparing Donald Trump to the Kansas City Chiefs, the National Football League’s greatest dynasty since Tom Brady and the Patriots, and trying to dunk on them, which obviously includes Travis Kelce, whose fiancée is the biggest Democrat celebrity endorser of all time?”

One commenter added, “Ya’ll just called Kelce washed? Hope his fiancé doesn’t get mad.”
