In a tight match at the Bernabéu, Real Madrid edged Juventus 1‑0 to keep their Champions League campaign undefeated and earn nine points from three games.

Madrid pressed hard in the first half, but the breakthrough came after the break. Eleven minutes into the second half, Jude Bellingham stepped up after a fine effort from Vini Jr. hit the post, and he calmly slotted the ball into the net to give Real their first goal.

The match started with Xabi Alonso’s side dominating possession. Juventus, however, held strong with a tight five‑man defence that made it hard for the visitors to create clear chances. The Italians looked to counter‑attack and even tested Real’s keeper with long shots.

Early in the game, McKennie and Gatti tried to press, but Courtois was quick to deny them. Juventus’s 16‑minute corner from Arda Güler produced a header by Tchouaméni that slipped into Di Gregorio’s gloves.

Midway through the first half, Brahim assisted a quick transition, but his attempt landed in front of the goal and was turned into an own‑goal by the goalkeeper. Valverde then hit a cross that was deflected wide by Kalulu, keeping the scores level.

At the half‑time whistle, Real had a clear chance. Mbappé took a shot from inside the box after a pass from Brahim, but Di Gregorio made a standout stop. Three minutes later, he beat Cambiaso with skillful dribbling and set up Militao, whose shot flew over the bar.

The second half opened with a potent move from Vlahovic. He outran Courtois on a one‑on‑one but shot over the bar, leaving Real to take the lone score. Seven minutes later, Bellingham’s poacher’s instinct paid off with that decisive goal.

Afterward, Real’s defence tightened, and they steered the match to a clean win, preserving a 100 % record in the Champions League and giving the city a strong lead ahead of the upcoming Clasico.

Real Madrid continues to push for Champions League glory, while Juventus looks to rebuild for the next front‑line challenge.
