The Pro Kabaddi League rivalry reached a thrilling finish in Chennai as Puneri Paltan snatched a win over the Jaipur Pink Panthers. In a 41‑36 showdown at the SDAT Multi‑Purpose Indoor Stadium, the visitors kept the crowd on edge until the very last moment.

Puneri’s star raider, Aditya Shinde, landed a Super 10 that helped his side lock in a 12‑6 lead early in the first half. Paltan’s Rah-za‑level defense, anchored by Vishal Bhardwaj and Mohit Goyat, kept the Pink Panthers at bay. Bhardwaj’s tackles created two early All‑Outs, while Goyat’s raid and later tackles kept the score at 25‑12 when the teams went out for a break.

The Pink Panthers pushed back in the second half. Iranian import Ali Samadi dominated with a Super 10 and a magic Super Raid, pulling the score to 33‑33 in the final minutes. His teammate Reza Mirbagheri also delivered an All‑Out, narrowing the gap further.

Yet Puneri showed why they’re a top defensive unit. Dadaso Pujari and Goyat each performed “Super Tackle” moves that stitched the margin back to five points. Even as Samadi pulled a quick raid in the closing seconds, Goyat’s multi‑point answer sealed the victory for Puneri.

The win highlights Puneri’s strong raid‑defence balance and gives them a important point as the season progresses. Jaipur can take heart from their close finish, especially from Ali Samadi’s standout play. For PKL fans, this match reminds that any game’s final score can change with a single tackle or raid.
