Bengaluru Bulls set the tone for the Delhi leg of the Pro Kabaddi League by crushing Jaipur Pink Panthers 47‑26 at Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium.
The opening match showed the Bulls in top form. Their all‑round play pushed them to the front almost from the whistle. Alireza Mirzaian, who added a Super 10 in his raid and reached 100 rack points in the league, led the charge. His teammates Yogesh and Deepak Sankar made big contributions, each earning a High Five that helped seal the win.
Early in the game the Bulls took a clear lead. The first All‑Out came after a slick tackle by Ali Samadi on Jaipur’s Aashish Malik. By the 10‑minute mark, the Bulls were up 12‑8, a score the press release from PKL confirmed. In the next ten minutes, the Bulls kept the pressure. Sanjay tackled Nitin Kumar in a coming‑and‑going raid, while Akash Shinde grabbed a bonus point, keeping the Panthers from catching up.
Between the halves, Alireza showed his rock‑solid return. His raid knocked out Aryan Kumar and his tackle of Ali Samadi removed a key challenge from Jaipur. With the Bulls on the frontline, they held an 18‑13 advantage at the halfway whistle.
The second half saw the Panthers struggle to stay in the contest. The Bulls forced a second All‑Out, this time targeting Deepanshu Khatri and Nitin Rawal. From that point, the score line expanded rapidly. Akash and Aashish kept up their raiding rhythm, while Deepak Sankar’s defense continued to win crucial tackles. The Panthers could not find support for their key raiders, Ali Samadi and Vinay Redhu, and the pressure became too much.
With six minutes left, the Bulls inflicted a third All‑Out, pushing their lead to 17 points. Yogesh finished the match with another High Five, making the rout even more decisive. Alireza sealed his Super 10 with a final two‑point raid, crowning the Bulls’ 21‑point victory.
Coached by BC Ramesh, the Bengaluru Bulls demonstrated why they are title‑hungry. This emphatic start gives them a momentum boost heading into the rest of the Delhi leg and shows a clear path ahead in the Pro Kabaddi League.
