In the third day of the Hockey India‑Sub Junior Women Academy Championship 2025, teams from Zone A to Zone D delivered several big wins. The tournament, held in Haryana, saw strong showings from Pritam Siwach Hockey Academy, HAR Academy, and Anantapur Sports Academy, among others.
Pool A – Pritam Siwach Hockey Academy (Sonepat) opened the day with a stunning 11–0 triumph over the Sports Authority of Gujarat. Captain Nancy Aroha scored four goals, while Diya added a hat‑trick. Other scorers for Pritam Siwach were Aarti, Mauki, Sanjana, and Avni, who each netted once.
Pool B – HAR Academy dominated Hockey Family Badhkhalsa NCR, winning 31–0. Ankita struck six goals in a double‑hat‑trick, Vishakha, Anjali, and Jyoti each scored five, and Bharti and Tamanna added multiple goals too. In another Pool B match, Ritu Rani Hockey Academy edged Tamil Nadu 2–1, with Dilpreet Kaur scoring a brace.
Pool C – Anantapur Sports Academy beat Jude Felix Hockey Academy 6–0. Bhavana Talari and Shaik Sumiya each hit two goals, while Navyasree Channagani and Giraka Gnaneswari added one apiece.
Pool D – Matchups: Markandeshwar Hockey Academy defeated RK Roy 3–0, with Aanchal scoring two goals. Khalsa Hockey Academy (Amritsar) won 4–1 against Raja Karan, thanks to a hat‑trick from Muskan Gill and a goal from Laxmi. Raja Karan’s only goal came from Tanvi.
Later that evening, Jai Bharat Hockey Academy will face the Sports Hockey Academy of Khalsa’s Kolkata. The championship continues to showcase the rising talent in India’s sub‑junior women’s hockey scene.
