Chilling last words of man stabbed to death outside ritzy LI yacht club allegedly by ex-flame’s new beau revealed

A man found himself in a fatal situation just moments before his former girlfriend’s new boyfriend stabbed him to death while she cheered. Prosecutors said the 52‑year‑old victim, Christopher Millwater, confronted Victor Panebianco, 32, and asked, “you’re stabbing me?” before the assailant plunged a knife twice into Millwater’s heart and lungs at a parking lot near Stony Brook Yacht Club on Nov. 10, as revealed in the Suffolk County courtroom.

Panebianco then reportedly sat on the victim’s body and drove the knife deeper, while Millwater’s former girlfriend, 33‑year‑old Kacy Corso, who witnessed the assault, reportedly shouted encouragement to her boyfriend: “don’t believe him, don’t let him fool you.” The knife wound was followed by a kick to the victim’s head before Panebianco fled the scene in his vehicle.

The pair had previously lived together in North Carolina. They allegedly traveled to Long Island to confront Millwater, who Corso claimed continued to contact him despite her rejection, according to officials.

Panebianco has been extradited back to Suffolk County and faces murder charges. Both he and Corso have pleaded not guilty and are scheduled to return to court on Jan. 13 and Jan. 14, respectively.
